What is the points system?

At Petgamma, we are of course happy with every order you place. We would therefore like to thank our customers. Therefore, we have worked out a system whereby you collect points by actions you take in the webshop. For example, when completing an order or registering as a new customer. You can use these points for discounts on your future purchases.

How can I earn points?

Points through purchases:

Per euro spent, you receive 1 point. So if you place an order of €15.95, you will earn 15 points.

How can I redeem my points?

The value of 100 points is 1€. So if you have saved, for example, 500 points, you can get a discount of 5€ on your purchase. You can enter the points you want to use during the checkout process.

The points remain valid and do not expire.

Attention, you have to have an account and be logged in to collect or exchange points. You cannot give away your points or exchange them for cash.

Where do I enter my points?

At the very bottom of the page where you choose your payment method, you will see the mention 'Rewards'. When you click on it, a list of available rewards will appear. You can choose 1 reward per order.
