Trovet Urinary Struvite Beef is a formulation of ingredients for adult cats with urinary problems. Struvite formations can form due to a diet that is high in struvite forming minerals and a lack of water intake. These two factors combined often make your cat's life very uncomfortable. Trovet Urinary Struvite Beef is a wetfood that will solve both problems at once. Thanks to the wet mixture, the intake of water is easily increased. The content of the mixture is low in struvite forming minerals and provides an acidic urine thanks to the low potassium content. This means the recurrence of struvite formation is thwarted. Trovet Urinary Struvite Beef does not solve Urate, cystine and calcium oxalate urolithiasis and should only be used with cats that suffer from struvite formations.
